Google Pixel 3a / 3a XL: How to Transfer Photos & Videos to Computer

I show you how to transfer/move/download files such as video and photos to a computer (Windows & Mac Computers) on the Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL. You will need a USB to USB C data sync / charging cable: Hope this helps.

If you do not have a USB to USB C data sync/charging cable then look here:

  1. Your first sentence was "get your charging cable, plug one part into the USB port on your computer…" But whole problem is that the charging cable that comes with the Pixel 3a DOESN'T FIT INTO A USB PORT..

The charging cable fits into the phone at one end and an electric plug attachment on the other. Did you buy a connecting cable separately? I can't tell what you're using because when you show the cable the ends are off-screen.

  2. hello, WorldofTech! I hadn't configured my phone to my gmail as i got the phone and immediately went on an international trip and clicked several photos for my assignment due in 2 days. It turns out, the screen cracked yesterday as i reached home and i need access to those photos on an urgent basis. The screen is completely dark, but if i swipe up, i am able to answer calls. Is there any hope i try this method from your video and by chance, get access to my data? I will buy the cable asap. Is there any hope?
